Who being upon Oath say, and first the said John Evans< no role >
says that
two Remnants of Olave coloured striped Callico now produced
are this Informants property and were stolen out of his Shop
on Monday last in the afternoonAnd the said John Lane< no role >
says that
between the hours of five and six on Monday Evening last a person
now present who calls herself Margaret Roe came to this
Informants Masters Shop and offered to Pledge one of the said
Remnants of Callico, but suspecting she did not come honestly
by it, he stopped the same and took her into CustodyAnd
the said Edward Mason< no role >
says that on Monday last he searched
the Lodgings of the said Margaret Roe< no role >
in this Informants
House and found concealed between the Mattrass and
the Sacking the said other Remnant of Callico
