was Stolen at the time he bought the same as aforesaid

for himself saith That he is a Journeyman
Bedstead Maker
and Works for the said Mr. Rawlins
That between Hours of 6 and 7. oClock this Morning
he saw the said Samuel Tibbey< no role >
come out of the
said Mr. Rawlins's House with a Large piece of
Mahogany That this Informant followed after
him and with the Assistance of Mr. Rawlins he
Took the said Samuel Tibbey< no role >
into Custody and
delivered him over to a peace Officer
