This Informant John Cross< no role > for himself saith That in his
Receiving Information that two dust Men, had Stole a Silver Spoon
from a House in Mount Street Grosvenor Square that Morning
being Tuesday the 1st. of October Instant he went in Search of them
and apprehended thence, That they Informed him they had
Sol [..] the Spoon, to a Mr. Cafe who Keeps a Toy Shops in High Street Mary bone
That this Informant immediately went there and found the
said Spoon in the Custody of the aforesaid Mr. Cafe Whom he
took into Custody On Suspicion of his having bought the said
Spoon Knowing it to be Stolen.
