Who being upon Oath say and first the said [..] Edmund Collnett
for himself says that a Statute of Bankrupt hath lately been
awarded and issued against William Green< no role >
late of Stepney Brewer
and that Benjamin Rouse< no role >
William Ayton< no role >
and Robert Lloyd< no role >
are
Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects and he this
Informant is a Messenger to the Commissioners of Bankrupts
and has the Care and Custody of divers Effects late the said Bankrupts
property amongst which is a Quantity of Hay in a field near Rhode's
Well Common, and the Said Thomas Ware< no role >
for himself says that
a Quantity of Hay has lately been stolen from the said first
mentioned Quantity of Hay and from Appearances he does verily
believe that the stolen Hay was carried to a Hovel or Outbuilding
at the Back of the Public house known by the [..] Name of the
World's End
at Stepney, and the said James Glenton< no role >
for himself
says that early this Morning on receiving Information of some
persons having stolen some Hay out of the said field & carried
it to the above mentioned Hovel or Out Building he went with
other Persons to the said Hovel or Out Building where he
found a Quantity of Hay and also three persons now present
who call themselves John Stevens< no role >

and John
Murray< no role >
lying in the said Hay
