The Information of Daniel
Mc Neal
< no role > taken before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County

who being upon Oath saith that on
Thursday last the Eighth of February
instant he was at a public House in
Shoemaker Row Aldgate where he
bought of one Isaac Solomons< no role > Nineteen
pair of Silk Stockings and Two pieces
of Silk for five Guineas that at the
time he so bought them there was two
Men now present who call themselves
John Thomas< no role > alias Peter Boyce< no role > and
Francis Storey< no role > who were sitting in the
next Bod and see him pay the Mony for
the said Stockings & Silk And this Informt.
further saith that the sd. in Two Men dodged
him from the aforesd. House to Tower Hill
where they Assaulted him took hold
of his Collar putting him near and told him the Stockings
[..] were their property and had been stolen
from them by the person Whom he had
bought them of this Informt. than insisted
upon going into a public House to look at
