THESE are to certify, That at the General Quarter
Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden in and
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks-Hall, in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Friday-the Twelfth-Day of January
1781 John Pollard< no role > late of the parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Middlesex and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife

were and Stand indicted for a certain Misdemeanor in unlawfully
charging and accusing James Wilson< no role > with having committed
a Rape upon the Body of her the said Elizabeth Pollard< no role > with
intent to extort Monies from the said James Wilson< no role >
To which Indictment they have not, nor hath either of them as yet, ap-
peared to pleaded. Dated the Twelfth-Day of January-1781
