and that he doth verily believe two silver tea Spoons now produced
are his property both of which were stolen out of his house
in Little Russel Street Drury Lane this day-And the
said Percival Philips< no role > for himself says that when he went
into Mr. Fosten Lodgings in order to Search the said Towns end
and Edwards, he took up the Bundle found upon the person
of Townsend, by the said Joseph Allen< no role > as aforesaid when
the said silver Tea Tongs and two Tea spoons, fell from
out of said Bundle on the Ground-
