the cry of "Stop Thief" and is very sure that a Bay Mare
which he the same Evening said at the Ball and Mouth Inn near
Bloomsbury Market (and which was shewn to him by the said
William Brewster< no role > ) was one of the Horses on which one
of the said two Men rode at the time said Stringer was fired
a aforesaid and further says that he was present when said
King and Lalliman were apprehended the same Evening in
Kings house together in which Room was found a brace
of Loaded Pistols and a brace of Pistols not loaded which
had the appearence of having been just fired. And said
William Brewster< no role > says that on the aforesaid Sunday evening
about eight o'Clock the Bay Horse which was shewn by this
Informant to the said Thomas Catterell< no role > at the Bull and
Month aforesaid was brought in by Henry King< no role > now present
who desired him to take great care of her for that she had
been 50 Miles on that day and further says that said King
had Boots and Spurs on And Appeared to be very dirty with
riding And on this Informant examining said Mare he
perceived she had been Hurt on the near Side of her Head
and looked as if she had been wounded by a Ball
