The Information of Jonathan

of his Majestys Justices of the peace
in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on
Wednesday night last the seventh of
February inst he was at the sign of the
King of Prissia (a public House) on Saltpetre
Bank when a person now present who
calls herself Elizabeth Franks Picked him
up that they went out of the said House
and she took him into a dark passage adjoining
to it where she feloniously took and carried
away from his person five Guineas and
one half Guinea in Gold and one Silver
Watch and then run away And this
Informt further saith that he is Possitive
sure that the aforesd. Elizabeth Franks< no role >
in the person who robbed him as aforesd.
having the Money & watch in his Pocket when
he went with her and missing it
Immediately when she was gone
