Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr . one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex this 18th. Day of
December 1780

This Informant upon his Oath
saith that on the Night of the Thirteenth
of this Instant December his House in
Penton Place in the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell was Burglariously broke open as this
said Informant verily believes by a Man who
Goesby the Name of Joseph Maple< no role > and one Ann
Maple
< no role > , otherwise Taylor, otherwise Jennings
otherwise Dodd, who with others not as yet
taken were concerned with them in the said
Burglary and did feloniously take and carry
away a large Quantity a Wearing Apparell
Plate, and other Things the property of the said
William Maxwell< no role > .
