Watch & said it was his own Watch that he gave
three Pounds for it & said that he would not leave
it behind him which is the Watch now Produced
and Sworn to be the Property of the said Jessury

the East Indies
And this Informant Thomas Beaghan for
himself saith that he Inlisted at the same
House with James O' Brien< no role >

Service that upon his request to the said
Samuel Town shend to gave his Liberty to go
about the same as the said Jane O Brien
had the said Samuel Tounshend answered that
he had got James O Briens Watch & that
he might go where he pleased
