of the Peace
in & for the said County
Who severally being upon Oath say And first this
Informent Jeffery Farrel for himself saith that
on Sunday the 22d. of November last this Informant
went 10 Bed between 9 & 10, o'Clock at Night in his
Lodgings at the Ship in Bainbridge Street Saint
Giles in which Room there lay several Persons among
which was a Person [..] now present
who calls himself James o'Briens and also
in the same Bet with this Informant And Thomas

a Warter in the said House when this
Informant went he hung the silver Watch now
produced which, his property upon a nail be lone
by the bedside that about Six oClock the Next
Morning this Informant got uss. & upon Searching
for his Watch formd it was taken away the said
Thomas James< no role >
got up at the same time & also
the several other persons ever & dressing themselves
at the same time but the said James O'Brien< no role >
coming into the said Room after all the Rent
were gone to Bed. this Informant had very
strong Inspicions that he had taken the said
Watch upon which he Obtained a Warrant from
a Justice & had him apprehended
And this Informant Samuel Towns hend for
himself saith that on the 25th. Day of November
last. a persons now present who calls himself
James O'Brien< no role >
. came and in listed himself into
the East Indin Company's Seniro at the House
of Once. Mrs Rowe in the bittle Sanctucury Westminster
who told this Informant that he had a silver Watch
in pawn when this Informt told him he would take
it out of pawn Upon which he went with the said
