put more than 6Lb of Tea (to wit) 12 Lb Wt.
of Tea & Brandy exceeding the Quantity of 5
Gallons (to wit) 45 Gallons they nor any of the
Psons Unknown hab havg. pd. the Duties by
Law charged thereon neither had they a permit
for the same And that they & the sd. other Psons
Unknown Fedry. did carry divers offensive
Arms & Weapons (to wit) large Sticks Andu
Bludgeons & being so Armed Feby. did Forcibly
hinder obstruct Assault oppose & resist one
