I Peter Lantier< no role > , I went to the little
Jew, with John Michel< no role > Bans Brother to the
Said Joseph Bans< no role > , we Said to Them that we
did not agree (that is to Say) we were not pleased to
bring the goods, Seeing that wa did not know what he
they were [mark] honest & Solvables [mark] people ,or not [mark]

They said to us they wou'd very willingly to us,
but that They wou'd not make their Account at our
House.

[mark] They (two Honysen Rogues as I See They are now)
Seeing I Cou'd not be persuaded by their fair Word,
They said to us, There are two many Words for So little
trifle,& that They Speak more Than The thing was
worth& besides they Said to us, They had Rather
their Wrist out off than to Cheat as, making thousand
protestations of their probity & honesty

protestioner of honesty & probity, I Sent for the good
