Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County this 29th. Day of May
1772 .

This Informant upon his
Oath Saith that a Boy who calls himself
John Mazey< no role > came up to him at the
Griffin Tavern Door in Holborn and
did feloniously Take and Carry away
from his Person Privily without his
Knowledgeandone Red and White
Linnen Handkerchief his Property
which was found under the feet of
the said John Mazey< no role >
