of the Hamlet of Pinners in the Parish
of a Harson; taken before me, James Brydgesh< no role > ;
[..] of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County of Middx, the 19th.
day of May in the 12th . year of the reign our Sovereign
Lord George the 3d.

The said Joseph Lilly< no role > being charged before me
by William Howard< no role > , farmer, of the aforesaid Hamlet
with feloniously breaking open the Outhouse
of the said William Howard< no role > , and from Thence
taking and carrying array, twelve Geese of
the value of twelve Shillings the property of
The said William Howard< no role > , in the Night time
of the Sixth of Petr. last past he the said
Joseph Lilly< no role > upon his Examination now taken
before me, confesseth, that he with one James,
Horton & one Isaac not yet taken; That he & they did
feloniously break open the said Outhouse & take
& carry away the said 12 Geese at the time afore
mention'd.
