Who being upon Oath Says he knows William Groves< no role >
alias Colly
Mr Cow Samuel Male< no role >
and William Godlington< no role >
Says that on
Saturday the 25th day of april last about 10 o'Clock in the Morning
the said Samuel Male< no role >
same to this Informants house in Black horse
alley aforesaid and asked this Informant whether he would Purchase
a Silver Watch that this Informant answered yes if ti was a good
one, on which the said Samuel Male< no role >
pulled out of his Pocket a
Silver Watch now produced and told this Informant he should have
it for two Guineas and a half But afterwards sold it to this
Informant for two Guineas Says that on Sunday the 26th of April
last between 10 and 11 o Clock in the Evening the said Samuel Male< no role >
and Henry Crosby< no role >
came to this Informants house aforesaid and called
for some Brandy and Water that a few Minutes after the said
William Groves< no role >
alias Colly Mr Cow came in also and Joined
Company with the said Samuel Male< no role >
and Henry Crosby< no role >
that the
said three Persons went unto a Parlour in this Informants house Says
that on this Informants going into said Parlour with the Brandy and
Water which the said Samuel Male< no role >
had ordered, this Informant saw
inthesaid William Grover< no role >
's hand a Gold Watch with a Gold Dial plate
Says that a Gold Watch now produced by Mr Richd. Bond this Informant
very believes is the same Watch Shewn by the said Groves as
aforesaid Says the said William Groves< no role >

have been frequently in Company together at this Informts.
house, and that about the Middle of April last this Informant saw in the
said William Godlington< no role >
Possession a Brace of Pistols.
