Upon his Oath Deposeth as Follows
That this Informant Deposeth that he with Benjamin Cox< no role >

the 8th. day of March last did break into the Dwelling house of William him
in Hollywell Row in the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoredicth in the County of
Middlesex
Carpenter and from thence did Feloniously steal and Carry away
One Silver Mug some thing larger then half a pint one Silver Cream
Pot two Silp Gowns and other things the Property of the said William

on the fourth of June Instant Between the hours of Eleven and
Twelve o' Clock in the forenoon did Creak into the Dwelling house of one

in the said County Weaver and from thence did Feloniously
Steal and Carry away Six Silver Tea Spoons and Silver Table Spoon
one Silver Milk pot and one Tea Chest the Property of the said William
