The Information of John Heney< no role > (known
by the Name of Murray owing to his Master
with whom he served his time) taken before
me One of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about five
Weeks ago he Lodged at the House of Peter Graham< no role >
at Salt Petre Bank and Saith this Morning
about [..] was Month or
tomorrow Morning will be a Month he is not certain
which between four & five o'Clock he was called up out of his Bed by Peter
Graham
< no role > And this Informant light a Candle and
then he saw Colby, Dunn Miller & Crookhall
And Saith that Peter Graham< no role > Ordered this Informt
to stay below Stairs and Peter Graham< no role > & Colby Dunn
Miller & Crookhall went above Stairs and it was
upwards of an hour before this Informant was called
up Stairs and when he came up he saw a large
Basket he also saw a large Piece of Green Cloth
And further saith that neither of the four abovemd.
Persons were present in the Room with Graham
And Graham asked this Informant to Carry the
Basket for him which he did And that the Basket
was near half a hundred weight And as he was as
Carrying it upon his Head the bottom of the Basket
gave Way upon which he shifted it upon his Shoulder
& heard at [..] lling which he suspected to be plate
And further saith that he carried the abovementd
Basket about three Quarters of a Mile & went to
the Door of House but where he cannot tell as
he was a Stranger to that Part of the Town And
that Graham went on before but Grahams Wife
Continued with this Informant & shewed him
the House And when he came to the Door
