Mary Mowbray< no role > Singlewoman Upon her Mother's being informed
by Mrs. Adams who lodges in the Garret that the Woman who went by
the Name of Burroughs had Killed her Husband her Mother & the
Witness went up Stairs & the Witness put her Hand upon his Forehead &
sayd he was dead & cold Upon Bonningham's being asked how she did it
she sayd She went to the Window & took up the Cutting Board & hit him
over the Head with the Board when he was asleep

Sarah Calvert< no role > the Wife of Joseph Calvert< no role > who lodges in the first
Floor in the same House Says she was present with Mrs. Mowbray &
her Daughter When they went into the Deceased's Room & Put her Hand
upon the Deceased's Forehead & he was dead & cold this was between
four & five n the Afternoon Upon the Woman being asked who went by
the name of Burroughs how she did it She sayd she went to the Window
& took up the Cutting Board & sd. it was with that she did it & Sayd
she should die for it & desired the Witness would pray for her
