me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace
for the said County
Who being upon his Oath saith that last Night
about Ten OClock he went into a House in Puters Ally
in the Parish of St. Jones Wapping and he had then on his Pocket
one Murder and a Shilling in half pennys and [..]
a Woman Now Present who Calls herself Susanna

was in the room that this Informant went
into and another Woman was in the said Room with
the said Susanna Maclaine< no role >
which soon after the other
Woman went ouf of the Room and the said Susanna

Shut the Door and this Informant and
the said Susanna layd Down upon a Bed and
Door after thissaidInformant found her hand
in his Pocket the said Susanna Maclane< no role >
cryed
out who want me and run away and this
Informant Saith that the said Susanna Maclane< no role >
did feloniously take out of his Pocket one Murder
one twelve Penneworth of half penny and Camed
away without the will and Consent of this Informant
