this 9th. day of February 1769
Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Thomas
Booth< no role >
for himself says that on Tuesday Evening last his Shop was
robbed of a Quantity ofnowwearing Apparch of which a pair of
Breeches and two Jackets now produced by the said Newton is a part
and that a Great Coat, 3 Livery Waitcoats and two black Jackets
now produced by the said John Heley< no role >
is likwise part of the said Cloaths
which were Stolen from him, and the said Richard Newton< no role >
for himself
says that yesterday Afternoon a person now present who calls herself
Catherine Hussey< no role >
offered the said two Jackets and a pair of Breeches
which he produces o pawn with him, and the said John Heley< no role >
for
himself says that this Morning whenthe saida person now present
who calls himself William Hedges< no role >
was apprehended he had on him the
said Great Coat and a Waistcoat which he produced, and that the
said Catherine Hussey< no role >
was likewise carrying in her Apron the
Remainder of the things which he produces, and these Informants
for themselves say that they do suspect and verily believe that the
said William Hedges< no role >
was concerned to the said Robbery and that the
said Catherine Hussey< no role >
did feloniously receive the said Apparel
knowing them to be stolen
