The Information of William Addison< no role >
and Gerard Teise< no role > taken this 19th. day of
January 1763 before me

who being upon Oath Severally say and first the said William
for himself says that on Tuesday Evening last he assisted in
Putting six Bottles of Aqua fortis the property of Messrs. Bicknell
[..] in to a Boat [..] on the River Thames , that Yesterday
Morning he found that the said Boat and Bottles of Aqua fortis
were Stolen, that he has this day seen in the Possession of the
said Gerard Teise< no role > the said Six Bottles of Aqua fortis, and the
said Gerard Teise< no role > for himself Says that yesterday Morning
a Person now present who calls himself Matthew Starkey< no role >
brought to him a Sample of Aqua fortis to well onforwhich he
bargained with him for Six Bottles of the Same, that in
Consequence thereof the said six Bottles of Aqua fortis were
brought to his house by a Porter & that he paid the said
Matthew three Guineas in part for the said Aqua fortis,
that this Morning the said Matthew called [..] at his house again for
to be paid the Remainder,and this Informant gave him
[..] and the said William for himself
says that he does suspect and verily believe that the said
Matthew Starkie< no role > was concerned in Stealing the Said Bottles
and Aqua fortis
