Who being upon Oath Says that on Wednesday Evening the 11th.
of Janry. Instant between six & Seven o'Clock he went into the
Sign of the three jolly Paviours at Little Chelsea
where he saw
a Person now present who calls himself William Marshall< no role >
and
One Monwell Peartree< no role >
not now in Custody, says that the said two
persons were then in Custody and charged with robbing the Dove
house of Mr. Bromfield at Little Chelsea
, says he went with
them from thence to the Cage, says that when they were in the Cage
he heard one of the said persons and as he believes the said
William Marshall< no role >
now present say that they would find two
pigeons and some plants on the left hand side of the Gate among
the Shrubbery belonging to the said William Bromfield< no role >
Esqr.
says that they went to the said Place accordingly where they found
two Pigeons dead and two plants one called an Auriculas and the
other a Speckled Gold Leaved Savinon he is informed
