Who being upon oath says that he knows me Fox otherwise
Tracey & Thomas Gahagan< no role >
, says that on or about the 12th
of this Instant in the Night the said Tracey otherwise
Fox, the said Thomas Gahagan< no role >
and this Informant, stole
a large Silver two handled Cup, and five silver Table
spoons, out of the Cabbin of a West Indiaman, which
Cup fell overboard at the Stern of the Ship and was lost,
andbutthe spoons were sold by the said Fox otherwise Fracey,
but so whom this Informant does not know, says that
about the seventh of this Instantaboutin the morning
the said Fox otherwise the said Thomas Gahagan< no role >
and
this Informant stole out of a Ships Cabbin near Limehouse
hole
a Silver Watch covered with Green Shagreen, and a Gold
Laced Hat which watch & Hat was Sold by Thomas Gahagan< no role >
to a man in White Chaple [..] whose Name he believes to be Daniel
Thomas< no role >
, out is by trade a Weaver
, the Watch, was sold for
one Guinea, and the Hat for two Shillings,says
