Who being upon her Oath Saith that she has at Various times
within these five last past had stolen from her out of her
House as above the Undermentioned Goods and Weaing Appael Vizt.

Sleeve laced, One pair of thread Stocking marked H. No. 2 one Do
Do. marked H. No. 3, One Pair of Ticking Pockets, One pair of
white leather buttens One pair of red Damask Shoes and one pair
of Silver Buckles Wanteng Tongies and Chapes, all which things
were found in the Custody of a Person who is now present and Calls
herself Jane Davis< no role >
which said Davis lodged with this
Informant five Weeks and left her Lodgings on Tuesday last
And this in formant Saith that all the Good above mentioned
are her property except One Now Shift one Coloured Apron and
the Show which are the property of Sarah Richardson< no role >

Informants Mother And lastly this Informant Saith that
she does really and in Truth suspect and believe that the said
Jane Davis< no role >
is the very Person who so feloniously took and
Carried away the said Goods.
