The Complaint and Information of Jonathan Cox< no role > of the
Parish of Hadley in the County of Middlesex Baker and
Christopher Gallimore< no role > of the Unicorn Inn in the Parish of Saint Mary at
Newington in the County of Surrey Horse Dealer who being duly Sworn
[..] First The said Jonathan Cox< no role > for himself upon his Oath
saith that in the Night of Sunday last or Early in the Monday Morning
following a Black Gelding his Property was feloniously taken and stolen.
from Enfield Chane in the County of Middlesex And the Black Gelding
found by him in the Custody of Christopher Gallimore< no role > is his property And
the same Which was stolen from him as aforesaid And that he suspects
the Prison John Hind< no role > marsh to hose committed the said Felony And
the said Christopher Gallimore< no role > for himself upon his Oath saith about six of the
Clock in the Morning of Monday last the Prisoner John Hind< no role > Marsh brought to
the saidhis Stable the same black Gelding And said he brought the same from
Mr. Jackson at Edmonton who was an old Gentleman And that the said Horse
was to be sold forthe wasas much Money as he could
