Horse Dealer who being duly Sworn

Jonathan Cox< no role >
for himself upon his Oath
saith that in the Night of Sunday last or Early in the Monday Morning
following a Black Gelding his Property was feloniously taken and stolen.

And the Black Gelding
found by him in the Custody of
Christopher Gallimore< no role >
is his property And
the same Which was stolen from him as aforesaid And that he suspects
the Prison

marsh to hose committed the said Felony And
the said
Christopher Gallimore< no role >
for himself upon his Oath saith about six of the
Clock in the Morning of Monday last the Prisoner

Marsh brought to
the saidhis Stable the same black Gelding And said he brought the same from
Mr. Jackson at Edmonton who was an old Gentleman And that the said Horse
was to be sold for
the wasas much Money as he could
