Saith that Joseph Brown< no role >
hewas at this Examinants House
the day before yesterday with Laurence Tereling< no role >
(who stands
charged with having committed a felony in the (Dwelling House
of William Cowling< no role >
) and Saith that the said Brown frequently
comes to and Bolds a correspondence with the said Tereling, That
the said Brown was with the said Tereing at ta Public House
within an hour or two before the said Robbery was committed
as this Deponant hath heard and Believes,
Tournier Saith that the said Brown, Tereing
and others, were drinking together at this Deponents House
between Ten and eleven o'Clock last night, That the
said People all went away from this Deponents House
together and Some Short time after this Depont. is Informed the said
Robbery was committed
