And upon further Searching the Ins found stole out
of the sd Dwelling house a Copper Two large Kettle and Two
Tea Kettle a Coffee Pot a Copper Drinking Pot and
a Large Looking Glass wheel Goods this Ins verily
buts. was takeing out of he sdGoodsHouse by the sd. Geo
and upon [..] bringing the sd Geo to Town & searchg
his Lodging he this Ins found thereon the Key oftheKitchen
the Dwelling house which washewhen he served the house therein & of the house wherein the sd Geo
was apprehended and also a bundle of Keys but to
whom the bundle of Keys belonged to this Inst dout know

that he was Employed by the other Ins to watch with
him on the Night of the 23d of Decr. last & saw the
Person now present who calls himself Geo Price
And this went from the plan before mentd. where this
Ins & the other lay consealed & Seared the sd. Geo:
as beforementd. by the other Inst. & saith there saw the
sd. Plate levy between his legs and saith that he heard
him say the sd. have may on an I hope I shall not
be hanged
