The Information of Mary Broan< no role > Coth Daun< no role > & William Bevan< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the sd. County

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Inft. Mary Bevan< no role > for herself saith that on
or about the fourth day of May last a person now present who calls herself Margaret
Whitehead
< no role > was in this Jugs. Kitchen & saw the other Inft. wash & put into a Draw in
this Infts. Barr next the Kitchen two Silver Table Spoons (which Draw is in the
reach of any Person over the Barr) and this Inft. further saith that about
Ten Minutes the sd. Spoons was wanted & upon going therefore in found the
sd. Spoons were Stolen And the Sd. Margt. absconded, And further saith that
the Sd. Margt. used frequently to come to the house of this Inft. but since the
said Spoons were Stolen she has not come to house or been [..] by him Inft.
since till the 9th. Instant when she was apprehended And this Inf Cath
Dum for herself saith that on or about the Day aforesd. she this Inft
washed two Silver Spoons & putt em into a Draw in Barr, in the Sight
of the sd. Whitehead & soon after the said Spoons were Stolen & the sd.
Whilehand gone & this Inf. further saith that no Person was in the
House (except the Family) but the sd. Margt. at the time the sd
Spoons were Stolen and this Inft. Wm. Bevan< no role > for himself saith
that he caused the sd Whitehead to be apprehended & charged
her with stealing the sd. Spoons which she at first denied but after wd.
begged favour from this Inft. & Confessed taking the sd. Spoons
