taken before me one of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the sd. County

Who being severally on Oath say and first the Ins. Dennis
While for herself saith That on Saturday last about
Ten at Night th Ins: saw a Man coming down ye Stairs
ofthethis Inft. Master's house who Calls himself
William Hope< no role > and on this Inft seeing a Pe [..] of [..]
hang between his legs which she at first took to be
his shirt asked him what he had hanging there but
instead of giving any Answer he ran away Whereupon
then Infor. ran after him and bro. him back and on
Searching him found Concealed under his Cloaths
a pair of Sheets which Streets are this Inft.
Masters property & Stole out of a Room in his
house And this Inf. Thomas Everett< no role > for himself
saith that he was present when the sd. William was
Searched and saw taken from him a Pair of Streets
now produced which is this Ins: Property and stole
out of his house as he [..] by the sd. William
