The Information of Thomas Dyer< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife
taken before me one of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the said County.

Who being severally upon Oath Say and first this InfThomas Mary Dyer< no role >
for herself saith that on Tuesday the Sixth Instant about Nine o'Clock at night one Mary
Cately came into this Inf. Room to speak with her while Room is
behind the Shop and the sd Cately went out of the sd Room and went
through the Shop [..] or an [..] this Inft: upon the Counter of the Shop there lay Three Coat
a Sear lot Cloak a Shirt a Waistcoat and a Fustain Frock andat the
a few Minutes before the sd. Cately went through the shop this Inf
Saw the said Kings safe on the Counter and in a few Minutes after
the sd. Cately went thro' the Shop this Infomined the [..] things and
the Informts. saith that no other person but the sd. Cately was in the sd.
Shop Saveing [..] the other Inf. who came in directly upon the sd. Cately
going out And this Inf saith that she is very Certain that us other
person but the sd. Cately could take away the said goods and this
Inf. The Dyer for himself saith the direly upon the sd. goods being
last this Inf. met the sd. Cately coming out of the Shop with a large
Bundle of things in her Apron And this Inf plainly saw one of
his Coats in the hand of sd Cately which Coat was upon the sd Counter
when this Inf. went out And this Inf Questioned the sd Cately where
she was going with the sd. things & she answered that she was going of
an Arrant for this Inst. wife which Answer satisfied this Inf. And
thereon [..] Inf went into the Cock Room and asked his wife where she had
sent the sd. Cately who answered that she had been robbed of the above
things upon which this Inft. Imediatly pursued the said Cately [..] but was not ble
to find her And then Inf saith that after a Search of about a Quarter of an ho [..]
the Inft. returned and found the sd Cately in the Back Room with his Wife & heard
his Wife Charge her with Stealing the sd. things to which the sd Cately gave no
Answer but ran up stairs And the Husband of the sd. Cately came down
stairs & Violently abused these Infts. for Charging his tock with Stealing
the said things And there Inft. for themselves [..] say that
