AN Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at the Parish of Saint Pancras
in the County of Middlesex , the fifth Day of December in the 22d. Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third , by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc, before Edward Umfreville< no role > one of the Coroner s of Our said Lord
KING, for the said County, on view of the body of Timothy Cooper< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the oath of Richard Baggs< no role >
Joseph Moulding< no role > Robert Smale< no role > John Beddell< no role > John Littlewood< no role > John
Grace Robert Dodds William Wadsworth< no role > William Turner< no role > Phillip
Buckingham Charles Jacks< no role > and Edward Allwood< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Timothy Cooper< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Timothy Cooper< no role >
on the Fourth Day of December in the Year aforesaid being in a Cart drawn
by One Horse along The Kings Highway in the Parish and County aforesaid
And being Endeavouring to Jump out at The Head of the said Cart It so
happened That he the said Timothy Cooper< no role > then and there accidentally
casually and by Misfortune fell to the Ground and the Off which of the
said Cart Did then and there pass upon and over the Left Leg of him the said
Timothy Cooper< no role > By Means whereof he the said Timothy Cooper< no role > did then and
there receive One Mortal Burne in and upon the said Left Leg of him
the said Timothy Cooper< no role > Of which said Mortal Bruise he the said
Timothy Cooper< no role > then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their Oath aforesaid Do Say That the said Timothy Cooper< no role > in Manner
and by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune
Came to his Death

IN Witness whereof, as well the said Coroner, as the said Richard Baggs< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
