Informations of Witness taken at St.
Thomas Hospital Southwark the 26th.
day of June 1799 on view of the body
of Geo. Salter< no role > there lying dead.

Ann Lord< no role > of No 106 Bermondsey Street
Surrey Wife of Joseph Lord< no role > Wool Stapler< no role > maketh
oath that last monday morning Dept saw a ladder
which was standing in the Street against Deponent
[..] bands house shake and then fall to the ground
& immediately afterwards the deced fell down upon
it the deced was a Bricklayer & was employed in
repairs of the front of the house.

Bermondsey Street Cork maketh oath that
last monday morng. Dept returning to his house
he heard an alarm in the Street & on going to see
what was the matter he saw the dead sifting upon
his breech in the Streetthe dead sayed he was
very much hurtDept assisted to get himself
Medical assistance came to the dead & he was
afterwards taken to the [..] of Saint Thomas< no role >
where as Dept has been informed he died in the
afternoon of the same day.
