Southwark Informations of Witnesses taken at
Saint Thomas's Hospital Southern
26 June 1799. On Joseph Brand< no role >
then and there lying deced

John Turner< no role > of No. 4 Bird in Land Corner
Cheapside London one of the City Patrole shell
oath & saith that last Tuesday morning as Dept
was in duty [..] Londn Bridge he heard a
man called Watch & or looking thro the
Ballustrades of the Bride on the opposite side
from where Dept was he saw a man on the outside
upon which Dept went to him & said for goods [..]
what do you do [..] And he answered crying my
brother is fell or down - Dept & audt Watchman took
told of his Coat to prevent him from telling & goe
him ever on the Bridge - the secured much firghtened
Dept on looking saw the dead lying upon one of the
Scartings of the Bridge - Dept assisted to get the deced up
Says then he was hardly alive he was taken to the
Hospital & deced as Dept is confirmed & believes soon
afterwards
