aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn
and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner
the said

came to her death say upon their oath that the said Ann
Arthur on the nineteenth day of October in the year aforesaid being in a certain room
in the dwelling house of

Situate in the parish of Saint George the Martyr
within the Borough
and County aforesaid wherein was a fire It so happened that
the Cloaths which the said

then had on her person accidentally casually
and by misfortune caught fire by means whereof the said

was then and
there mortally burned in and upon he ears neck and Swasts of which said
mortal burning she the said

from the said nineteenth day of October
in the year aforesaid until the twenty first day of the same Month of October in the
same year as well at the said Saint George the Martyr
as also at the abovementioned
parish of Saint Thomas within the Borough
and County aforesaid did languish
and languishing did live and on the same day and year last aforesaid at the parish last
aforesaid within the Borough
of Southwark
aforesaid in the County aforesaid the said

of the said mortal burning did die

their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means
aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise
