the parish of saint Geo the martyr Southwark Maketh
oath that last Tuesday afternoon Dept being told that the
deced was laying upon the floor in her room the with and
person went into her room and found her lying upon the
Hearth says she was dead Dept says she had not seen
the deced since she Wednesday or Thursday for in the
Procceding week says the deced were had been to of pain
in her bowels
