Informations of Witnesses taken at the
Parish of Christ Church in the Ward of
Farringdon within in London aforesaid on
the 15th day of November 1792

William Denzell< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's
Gaol of Newgate and Wardsman of the Sick Ward
there who being on Oath saith that she deceased was
brought into the Sick Ward about ten days since that
[..] he had a breaking cut all very his Body that he was
very restless that he was than discharged from the sick
Ward and brought in again the day before Yesterday
guitt speachless that he continued languishing until about
ten the same Night when he died that he was regularly
attended by the apothecary of the said Gaol who
[..] Ordered him some Medicine which this Deponent
and another Prisoner administered to him.

Sworn the 15th day of
Novr. 1792 before
