then returned who Wharf in order to light the person who
was in Company with the deced that white Dept was lighting
the said Person he heard something stirring in the Water
upon which Dept. being apprehensive the deced had
fallen over board immediately gave the alarm that
in a little time after the deced was brought on Stone to
the Wharf and appeared to be dead
