six OClock in the afternoon of Yesterday the 28th. instant Dept. being
employed at the wheels of London Bridge
Water works discovered
the Deced in the Water near one of the Wheels of the Waterworks
Dept.gotconveyed the decedout of the Water and placed him
[..] on shore to the Church Yard of Saint Magnus< no role >
the Martyr
where he left him - that the deced appeared
to have been some time in the Water and his head appeared
very much bruised

Queentith London a Watchman to Mr. James Randall< no role >
Queentith maketh Oath that Dept. and the deced (who was
emplored to Watch Banges for said Mr. Randall) were in
company together about one OClock in the Morning of Yesterday
senwright watching the Craft at Queen with Wharf - that
Dept. left the deced walking along he Gunnel of a Barge
lying without the said Wharf
in Order to go on shore to call
the Bangemen up - that in about a minute or two after Dept.
left the deced he heard something fall into the Water Dept.
immediately returned thinking its wright be the deced
that on his return he russed the deced - that Dept. and
one of the Watchman looked into the Water but could see
nothing of the deced - that Dept. now he deced last Night
lying dead in Saint Magnus Chuch Yard - that the deced
was a little intoxicated with liquor when Dept. left him
that there was on person near the deced when Dept. left him
as before stated.
