Informations of Witnesses taken at the Parish
of Saint Sepulchre in the ward of Farrigdon without
in London aforesaid on Tuesday the 4th: day of August 1789
on view of the Body of Thomas Taylor< no role > there lying dead

Robert Warrie< no role > of No.219 upper Thames Street Ironmonger
maketh oath that last Saturday night about a quarter before the Dept.
being passing our Black Friars Bridge he heard a Woman say the man is
dead and on looking into he Road he saw a Coach one of the hand Wheel
of it he believes pass over the body of the deced; says the hand of the Coach
were then on a trot, but not a full trot afterwards the Coachman
Whipper his hones a & went off [..] says he was rather a dark
eve. & the Coach Wheel that passed over the deced. was to believes about
her yard distance from the Coach of the foot [..] ment Dept. assisted to take
the deced. to Saint Barthw . Hospital Says he appeared to have been
much hurt

Hospital maketh oath that last Satr. night a little past 10 the dead
was bro't into the Hospital very much hurt Says he told Dept that as he
was passing over Black friars [..] his foot slipped off the pavement
on she fell down and the fore Wheel of a Coach Mil [..] passing [..]
went over him & before he could recover himsef the siad wheel also
passed over his back
