Informations of Witnesses taken at the
Parish of Christ Church in the Ward of
Farringdon within London the 15 day of
November 1788 on view of the Body of
John Greenaway< no role > then and there lying dead

William Wright< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deced
John Greenaway< no role > als Green for this fortnight past
[..] that he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he
hath been the Sick Ward where Deponent attends for this
five or six days past very ill with a Fever and a violent
Swelling in his Legs that he continued very ill until
Thursday Evening when he departed this Life that
he was attended by the Surgeon of the said Gaol. That he
believes the aforesaid disorder to have been the cause of
his death.
