Saint Andrew by the Wardrobe in the Ward of Castle baynard in London aforesaid on the sixth day of November in the twenty ninth year of
the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the
King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath that the said

on the twenty eighth day of October in the twenty ninth year aforesaid being in and on board a certain Boat on the River Thames
in the
Parish and Ward
aforesaid in London
aforesaid is so happened that the said James Worthington accidentally casually and by misfortune fell
from and out of the said Boat into the said River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there suffocated and
drowned Of which said suffocation and drowning he the said

did then and their die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and By
misfortune was suffocated and drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
