An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King as the Parish of Saint Thomas within the Borough of Southwark in the Country of
Surrey on the twenty second day of October in the twenty eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace God of
Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc. before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King for the City of London and Borough of Southwark on view of the body of William Robinson< no role > now here lying dead by the oath of John
Richard Joshua Cubbage, Thomas Wroe, William Bridger< no role > , Philip Windsor< no role > , William Cronwell< no role > , Jeremiah Holliday< no role > , Josiah Hartley< no role > , John Lee< no role > ,
Thomas Johnson< no role > , Benjamin Crouch< no role > , John Johnson< no role > , John Savoy, William Grant< no role > , Stephen Goodwin< no role > , and John Taylor< no role > good and lawful men of the
said Borough of Southwark in the said County of Surrey who being now here chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how
and in what manner the said William Robinson< no role > came to his death say upon their oath that the said William Robinson< no role > on the twentieth day of October
in the year aforesaid being in a certain room in the third Story of the Dwelling house of one Henry Arnold< no role > situate and being in the Parish of Allhallows
Lambard Street in the Ward of Langbourn in London, and then being near the Window of the said Room it so happened that the said William
Robinson accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the said Window into a certain Street there called Lombard Street and to and
against the Stone pavement there By means whereof the said William Robinson< no role > did then and there receive drivers mortal wounds and fractures
in and upon his head face back legs and thigh Of which said mortal wounds and fractures he the said William Robinson< no role > on the day and
year aforesaid as well as the Parish last aforesaid as also at the said Parish of Saint Thomas [..] within the Borough aforesaid in the County
aforesaid did languish said languishing die live On which said twentieth day of october in the year aforesaid at the Parish last aforesaid
within the Borough aforesaid in the County aforesaid the said William Robinson< no role > of the said mortal wounds and fractures did die And so the Jurors
aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said William Robinson< no role > in manner and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was
accidentally killed In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said John Mitchell< no role > the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and
the rest of his Fellows in there presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written.
