WHEREAS Complain, hath been made unto Us, Whose Hands and
Seals are hereunto t set, Two of Her Majesties Justices of the [..]
Peace of the County of Middx
(Quorum unus) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mary Whitechapell in the said County, that
Elizabeth Richardson< no role >
is lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to settle
herself there without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them of the House
of her abode in the said Parish according to
the Statute in that Case Made and Provided: And that it also appears unto
us by the Complaint of the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish & as we [..] do also adjudge that she is
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish and whereas it ap-
peareth unto Us the said Justices, upon the Oath of the said Elizabeth
Richardson
that She was last legally settled in the Parish of St. Dennis
Backchurch in the City of London where her sd. Husband Edwd. Richardson< no role >
sewed an apprentice his he one Pad. Locker a Poullereer in Leader hall Maketh
wth when he served seven year & upon a Shict Excon weas cannt find
that the hath any legall Settlemt. also were Wherefore wee doe adjudge her
who last legall dy s [..]

There are therefore in Her Majesties Names straitly to charge and Com-
mand you, and every of you, forthwith, upon sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Elizabeth Richardson< no role > out of the sd. Parish of St.
May Whitechappell into the Sd. Parish of St. Dennis< no role >
Backchurch
and deliver her unto the Church-Wardens, and Overseers of the [mark]
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for her
according to law: Hereof fail not at your Perils, Given under our Hands
and Seals, the fifteenth day of December Anne Din 1711

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
St. Mary Whitechapell in the
said County, and to all Constables, Headbo-
roughs , and other Officers and Ministers, whom these
may concern, and also to the Church-Wardens,
and Overseers of the Poor of St. Dennis
Backchurch in the City of London
