In Consideration of a Sum of Money advanced
by the Church Wardens of St. Dionis Back Church to
enable Samuel Potter< no role > a Pauper of that Parish to take
up the freedom of the City of London .. I. Susannah
Cooke

the said Samuel Potter< no role > shall not become chargeable to
the said Parish for the FourtwoYears next ensuing or if
she should be so, to repay the Churchwarden for the Time
being the Sum now advancedwhich is Five
Pounds
