or otherwise howsoever And moreover in my name & for my proper Use to Denise & Lett by Lease in
Writing or otherwise All or any of my Messuages Lands or Tenemts. to such Person or Persons & for such term of
years condicons & reservacons as my sd. Attorney or his-Councel shall thing fit & Convenient Giveing
and hereby Granting unto my sd. Attorney my full & whole power in the prmisses & to recover & receive all
and singular the Sume & Sumes or Money matters & things aforesd. & upon non paymt. thereof or any part
thereof All such person & persons whom it may concern & where need shall require their Executr & Administrar.
& Goods to sue, Arrest, Attach, Seize, Imprison, Prosecute, & Condem & to Compound & agree & out of Prison to
