[No. 13.] To theChurch Wardens andOverseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in
the County of Middlesex and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Dionis Back Church in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in &
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the QUORUM) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Botolph with Aldgate That Jane Leveriff< no role > Single Woman
lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St. Botolph without aldgate
and is likely to become Chargeable to the same: We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge that the Place of the
last legal Setlement of the said Jane Leveritt< no role > to be in
the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch in the City of
London

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, in Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Jane Leveritt< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. Botolph witht
Aldgate to the said Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch
and her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor , there or to some, or one of them
together with our order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this 3d Day of April 1771
