His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum), by the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish

That Ann Rowles< no role > Singlewoman aged

said Justices, and we do adjudge that she is likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exami-
nation of Permisses taken upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do
likewise adjudge, that the parish of Saint Dionis
Backchurch London is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Ann Rowles< no role >
