Church Warden's
Account

The Minutes of the Last Vestry of the 4th April
Read and Confirmed, Also the General Account
of Mr. John Tombs< no role > late Church Warden , upon which
there appeared to be a Balance in hand of £176..
19s..3d.. due to the Parish

Investment of
Cash Balanced

Mr. Dod there upon moved that part of the
aforesaid Balance be laid out in the purchase
of £150, 5 P Cents for the use of the Parish and
being seconded the Question was put and carried
in the Affirmative

Ordered that £150. 5 P Ct. Bank Annuities
be laid out in the names of Mr. Willm. Lampkin< no role >
and Mr. John Layton< no role > present Church Wardens
Mr. John Dod< no role > , and Mr. John Tombs< no role > on the
Parish Account.

Collier Row
Property

Mr. Church Warden Lampkin acquainted
the Vestry that the Parish house at Collier row
Let on Lease to John Lord< no role > had been burnt down
and that the Said John Lord< no role > had proposed to
rebuild two Tenements there upon having a
Lease granted to him for some further Term.

Ordered That it be referred to the Church-
-Wardens and Overseers to treat and agree with
John Lord< no role > for a new Lease for such further
Term as they shall think right.

Church Bells

Ordered that Mr. Thomas Mears< no role > be paid
his Bill of £31..12..- for Repairs of the Bells.

Bell Ropes

And that the Bell Ropes be repaired at the
discretion of the Church Wardens.

The Vestry was then adjourned untill
another Summons.
